Sewing
Sewing for private label retailers, where it is necessary to create a prototype from the sketch or existing garment design, develop its optimal sewing technology and manufacture it. Small batches would be produced using our own production facilities (in our own sample and collection sewing department), while for series production (higher batches of garments) we use the best local factories to carry out sewing operations. Knowing the strongest side of each partner we can ensure the high quality of any type of garment
Cutting. Making. Trimming.
Technological design and supervision of sewing production for Western European and Scandinavian brands, small and medium-sized fashion houses, niche clothing designers and retailers with their own clothing collections, e.g. casual wear, eco-clothing, exclusive fashion products, etc. We take care about trimming and accessories, technical solutions, and quality control during whole process, starting from prototype to the final bulk production delivery.
Full Production
Full cycle of manufacturing: design, technology, sourcing of materials, and manufacturing of niche individual specialised garments for niche businesses, retailers, and private labels.
